Unable to Access 10.0.0.1?
If you are having issues accessing 10.0.0.1, it could be that:

If the default gateway address of your router or device is other than 10.0.0.1, then the browser won’t be able to find it at 10.0.0.1. Please find the correct gateway address and try again.
You are not correctly typing the IP address in the URL bar of the browser. Sometimes, customers can be typing www.10.0.0.1.com, add https:// at the beginning, mistake “0” (zero) for “O”, or 10.0.0.0.1, which is an invalid address because a gateway IP address contains four decimal numbers, and here it is of five values, represented in dot-decimal notation, due to which you are having trouble accessing the Admin Panel.
A simple restart of your WiFi network and router is the most common way of fixing. Wait a few minutes at least before reconnecting to your network.
Make sure you can access other sites; this may be in instances where there is a network outage from your ISP during peak hours.
Your browser caches and cookies are stored locally in your device; try clearing them.
Should your gateway have become misconfigured in any way from a previous session, you may want to reset it to its factory default settings. In order to restore your router configuration to its default settings, you need to unplug your router power and press the small “reset” button at the back of it for about 10 seconds. Once the lights at the front of the router start blinking, that means the modem has successfully reset.
